Rishikesh


After returning to Delhi, I flew to Dehradun in the north, met my ride and off to Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh for 10 days of yoga and meditation.

An amazing place,  Rishikesh (means "forest of yogis") is one of the original homes of yoga and hosts yogis from all over the world to learn and practice. The Beatles stayed at an ashram on the south side of the river back in the 60's.


There is much to see and do in India. Rajasthan is just a small but beautiful part of this incredible country, rich in culture and tradition. I can't wait to return again!

Return to Rishikesh 2019
