After returning to Delhi, I flew to Dehradun in the north, met my ride and off to Anand Prakash Ashram in Rishikesh for 10 days of yoga and meditation. Vishvaji and me An amazing place,  Rishikesh (means "forest of yogis") is one of the original homes of yoga and hosts yogis from all over the world to learn and practice. The Beatles stayed at an ashram on the south side of the river back in the 60's. There is much to see and do in India.
